成人屈光不正性弱视屈光手术的效果分析

Effect of LASIK surgery on adult patients with ametropic amblyopia

目的:观察成人屈光不正性弱视患者的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术的治疗效果。方法:弱视患者141例(188眼),包括单纯中低度近视21例(24眼)、单纯高度近视36例(44眼)、复合近视散光84例(120眼),回顾性观察这些患者的LASIK手术治疗效果。结果:单纯中低度近视、单纯高度近视、复合近视散光患者术后视力高于术前最佳矫正视力的眼数分别为10眼,27眼,77眼;超常率分别为41.7%,61.4%和64.2%。部分患者LASIK术后视力高于术前最佳矫正视力,其中对单纯高度近视和复合近视散光类患者效果最佳。结论:LASIK手术能有效的治疗弱视患者的屈光不正。

AIM： To observe the LASIK effect on adult patients with ametropic amblyopia. METHODS： There were 141 amblyopic patients （188 eyes）, including simple low-moderate myopia 21cases （24 eyes）, simple high myopia 36 cases （44 eyes）, compound myopia astigmatism 84 cases （120 eyes）. LASIK effect of them were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： The percent age of postoperative visual acuity better than preoperative best corrected vlsual acuity （BCVA） in simple low-moderate myopia group, simple high myopia group and compound myopia group were 41.7% （10 eyes）, 61.4% （27 eyes） and 64.2% （77 eyes） respectively. The results showed that the postoperative visual acuity in part of them were better than preoperative BCVA, and the effects were especially good in simple high myopia and compound myopia astigmatism groups. CONCLUSION. LASIK surgery can effectivey treat the ametropia of amblyopic patients.
