肿节风与氟尿嘧啶联合应用的抗肿瘤作用

The Anti-tumor Function of Zhongjiefeng United Fluorouracil

目的:研究肿节风注射液与氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)联合应用对小鼠移植性肝癌H22实体瘤生长的抑制作用。方法:建立小鼠H22实体瘤模型。小鼠60只,随机分为6组:正常对照组、肿节风注射液小剂量组(1.5g/kg,ip)、大剂量组(3g/kg,ip)、5-Fu组联合用药组。小鼠接种24h后开始给药,每天1次,连续10d。观察各组小鼠移植瘤生长情况及体重变化。并考察给药后胸腺、脾脏指数、外周血象的变化。结果:肿节风注射液小剂量组抑瘤率为26.84%,肿节风注射液大剂量组抑瘤率为44.74%,5-Fu组抑瘤率30.77%,联合用药组抑瘤率分别为58.39%与65.16%,与正常对照组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.01);联合用药组抑瘤率高于单用肿节风注射液组和5-Fu组(P<0.01)。且联合用药对胸腺、脾脏指数、外周血象无明显影响。结论:肿节风注射液和5-Fu联用对小鼠移植性肝癌H22实体瘤有协同抗肿瘤作用,并能减轻5-Fu的毒副作用。

Objective： to investigate the depressant effect of zhongjiefeng injection and 5 - Fu on mouse transplanting hepatoma H22 solid tumor. Method： the mouse H22 solid tumor model was found and the mouse was divided 6 groups as follow： control, small dose zhongjiefeng injection （1.5 g/kg, ip）, large dose （3 g/kg, ip）, 5 - Fu group. The mouse was beginning fed drugs after inoculating 24 hours. The mouse-transplanted tumor growth and body weight, thoracic gland index and spleen index and the peripheral blood were observed in the test. Result： the depressant tumor rate was 26.84% in the small dose zhongjiefeng injection, 44.74 % in the large dose,30. 70% in the 5 - Fu group and 58.39% and 65.16% in the united drugs. There were significant difference with control （P〈0.01）. There were not effect to thymus gland and spleen index and peripheral hemogram in the united drags. Conclusion： zhongjiefeng injection united 5- Fu had the cooperating anti-tumor function to mouse-transplanted H22 solid tumor.
