摘要
目的:研究降糖明目合剂的制备工艺并建立其质量控制方法。方法:根据处方组成,确定制备工艺,采用薄层色谱法对方中黄芪、葛根、枸杞子进行鉴别。结果:供试品与对照品薄层图谱斑点相同并清晰,重现性好。结论:降糖明目合剂制备工艺合理,制剂质量稳定,质量控制方法可行。
Objective: to research the preparation technology of Jiangtangmingnu misture and found the quality control method. Method: it determines preparation technology on the basis of prescription component and identify milkvetch root, kudzuvine root and barbary wolfberry fruit by thin-layer chromatography. Result: lamellar atlas spot was identical and clear between control article and sample. The reproducibility is good. Conclusion: the preparation technology is reasonable and quality is stable and the quality control method is feasible in Jiangtangmingnu misture.
