目的:研究降糖明目合剂的制备工艺并建立其质量控制方法。方法:根据处方组成,确定制备工艺,采用薄层色谱法对方中黄芪、葛根、枸杞子进行鉴别。结果:供试品与对照品薄层图谱斑点相同并清晰,重现性好。结论:降糖明目合剂制备工艺合理,制剂质量稳定,质量控制方法可行。

Objective： to research the preparation technology of Jiangtangmingnu misture and found the quality control method. Method： it determines preparation technology on the basis of prescription component and identify milkvetch root, kudzuvine root and barbary wolfberry fruit by thin-layer chromatography. Result： lamellar atlas spot was identical and clear between control article and sample. The reproducibility is good. Conclusion： the preparation technology is reasonable and quality is stable and the quality control method is feasible in Jiangtangmingnu misture.
