中药对抗高血压药物所致男性性功能障碍的影响

The Effect of Chinese Medicine on Male Sexual Dysfunction Induced by Antihypertensive

目的:观察中药干预所致男性性功能的改善情况。方法:把诊断为Ⅰ级高血压病男性患者180例,随机分为6组,AB组给予倍他乐克治疗,AH组给予双氢克尿噻治疗,AN组给予硝苯地平缓释片治疗。B组病例为以上每组病例均加服中药"杞菊地黄丸"治疗,分别为BB、BH、BN组,各组药物剂量以控制血压在正常值以下为标准。共观察24周,并于0、4、8、12、16、20、24周末以《男性性功能问卷oLeapiy1995》评定患者性功能。结果:加用"杞菊地黄丸"的B组病例,24周末性功能明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:用中药治疗可以明显干预及延缓抗高血压药物对性功能的影响。

Objective： to observe the effect of Chinese medicine on the male sexual function induced by antihypertensive. Method： 180 cases of male person suffering hypertensive disease Ⅰ grade were divided into 6 groups： AB group treated with Metoprolol,AH group treated with Dihydrochlorothiazede, AN group treated with nifedipine retard tablets, B groups plus Lycii and Chrysanthemi and Rehmanniae Bolus. The courses of treatments were 24 weeks. The male sexual function questionnaire （o＇leapiy 1995） was used in the test at 0, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 and 24 week. Result： the sexual function was obviously improvement in B group at the end of 24 weeks, Conclusion： the Chinese medicine could interfere sexual function induced by antihypertensive.
