42 Cases of Apoplexy Involving the Channels Treated with the Decoction for Apoplexy Involving the Channels

目的:观察中经汤治疗中风中经证的疗效。方法:按中风病诊断、疗效标准选择病例,随机分为中经汤治疗组和低分子右旋糖酐对照组,疗程均为28d。结果:中经汤组治疗效果优于低分子右旋糖酐组(P<0.05)。结论:中经汤治疗中风中经证疗效较好,值得进一步探讨。

Objective： to observe the effect of the decoction for apoplexy involving the channels on apoplexy involving the channels. Method： the cases diagnosed with apoplexy were divided treatment group treated with the decoction for apoplexy involving the channels and control group treated with dextran - 40. The course of treatment was 28 days. Result： there was better effective in treatment than control. Conclusion： the decoction for apoplexy involving the channels has the effective to treat apoplexy involving the channels.
