Small and medium-sized private enterprises ,as the active part in the market, will only depended on the monopolistic intellectual property. This thesis start with analyzing the actuality and present problems of intellectual property protection among small and medium-sized private enterprises, and then state corresponding strategy and advice for them to carry out efficient intellectual property protection.
