摘要
新建本科院校学科专业较频繁地此消彼长,使师资聘任已跟不上学科专业的更新,出现了捉襟见肘的现象。只有深化人事制度改革,按照"相对稳定、合理流动,专兼结合,资源共享"的原则、思路去探索与实践,从传统的人事管理转变为人力资源开发和管理,才是解决这一矛盾的根本途径。
Frequent changes of specialties in newly-built Universities tend to lag behind the teacher employment. The only way out is to further the reformation of personnel system according to the principles and routes of "relatively stable, reasonably shifting, professional and part-time combined and resources shared", turning the traditional personnel management into the development and management of modern personnel system.
