摘要
我国高等教育研究存在的症结性问题,是对国外理论的移植性依附与对国内改革现实的简单性盲从。这种"依附"性的理论研究逐步形成了学者所言的教育研究范式的"自我殖民化"。而高等教育研究中的"盲从"现象则集中表现在:宏观层面,计划经济体制下的教育观念依然束缚着我们的头脑;中观层面,僵化教条的教学模式依然在低水平上运行;微观层面,沿袭于赫尔巴特的"四阶段"课堂教学形式依然充斥着我国高等教育领域。因而,需要我们以"无立场"的思想理路去"穿越"流俗。真实的"无立场"思维要求我们以类似现象学的方式,"朝向事情本身",即我们在以各种现成的理论观点(别人的,别国的)解释事件的同时,更要以在解决问题的实践中形成的新的观点和策略进一步促进问题的转化和深化,也才是我们所言的一种思想方式。从中国高等教育学学科发展需要出发,自觉而主动地研究中国地域化之间的问题表征与根源差异,进而寻求"问题本身"的解决战略与策略,这才是研究者需要确立的"本土生长"矫正策略。
Too much dependence on foreign theories and blindness to the reforms at home are the problems in higher education research in China. Such dependent research leads to self-colonization of the higher education research paradigm. As to the blindness, it is shown at three levels. At the macro-level, the ideas of education in the planned economy are still shackling our minds; at the mid-level, stereotyped and dogmatic teaching patterns remain underdeveloped; at the macro-level, Herbart' s four-phase method still dominates classroom instruction. Therefore, a no-stand thinking method should be adopted to get rid of the current fashion. The true no-stand thinking makes it necessary to "go directly towards the thing itself" in a phenomenological way. In other words, when interpreting a thing with various ready-made theories, we should transform and deepen it by employing the new ideas and strategies we have developed in solving problems. Based on the needs for the development of higher education research, we should study the different symptoms in different regions and the causes for the differences on our own initiative, and seek the strategy for solving the problem itself. This is the localized rectification strategy which is needed in higher education research.
