ROK has realized its outstanding and soaring economic development and been one of the four dragons in Asia in brief 20 years or so. The reason of its success of economy should contribute to its success of education. Professional technical education is a department of ROK＇s education system, it trains lots of technical workers directly and also guarantees the exploit of human resources. Korea＇s professional technical education has reformed continuously to suit the demands of developing social economy and training people in promoting Korea＇s economic development. and Korea＇s professional technical education has aroused the attention of the whole world. To analyze and probe the developing process of technical education and the experience of reformation will provide us and the other countries some references and consultations in developing professional education.
