摘要
本实验进行了治疗尖锐湿疣（ＣＡ）的药物复方去疣灵的动物实验研究及临床观察．实验结果表明，该药可减轻大鼠蛋清性足肿和小鼠二甲苯性耳肿，降低腹腔毛细血管通透性，增强吞噬细胞的吞噬能力，提示该药具有抗炎作用及免疫增强作用．临床观察结果也显示复方去疣灵对尖锐湿疣有较好的治疗效果，明显优于其他药物和治疗方法．
In the present study,we carried out a study on antiinflammatory effect and immunostimulating effect of Fufang Quyouling.The result showed that Fufang Quyouling significantly relieved xylene induced swelling of the mouse ear,inhibited egg white induced arthritis in rats,and inhibited the increase of vascular permeability induced by ip acetic acid in mice.It also improved phagocytosis of macrophages.The result of clinic observation showed that fufang quyouling had a better effect on CA than other drugs and therapeutic methods.
