基于强迫对流的油气弹簧热力学模型研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对自主研发的油气弹簧工作时油液温度对密封件可靠性的影响,提出了研究减振装置温升的重要性。建立了油气弹簧强迫对流情况下的热力学物理模型。给出了各表面相关对流换热系数表达式,以及综合热量传递方程。分别以油液和氮气为研究对象列写了单位时间外力所做的劝和内能变化率。通过能量守恒原理和实际气体状态方程创建了油气弹簧强迫对流热力学数学模型。嫡程分析了外界环境和激励对油液温升的影响规律,得出的结论可以作为油气弹簧的设计参考。
