水-乙醇溶液中肌红蛋白在琼脂糖膜中的电化学研究

Electrochemical Analysis of Myoglobin Entrapped in Agarose Hydrogel Film in Aqueous/Ethanol Solvent Mixtures

摘要 用琼脂糖(agrose)将肌红蛋白(Mb)固定在玻碳电极(GCE)表面,制备了Mb-Agrose膜修饰电极。在乙醇亲水性有机溶剂与水的混合溶液中,包埋在Agrose中的Mb可与电极发生直接电子传递,且能催化还原过氧化氢、氢过氧化异丙基苯、氢过氧化叔丁基异丙苯、过氧化丁酮等过氧化物。Mb-Agrose膜修饰电极可用于上述过氧化物的定量检测。 Myoglobin(Mb) was immobilized on glassy carbon electrode (GCE) surface by agrose film. Mb entrapped in the agrose film underwent fast direct transfer-electron reactions in water-etha- nol solvent mixtures. The electrocatalysis of peroxides, such as hydrogen peroxide, cumene hydroper-oxide, cumene t-butyl hydroperoxide, and 2-butanone peroxide, by the immobilized Mb was also explored. The good stability and reproducibility of the modified electrode made it possible to determine the organic peroxides successfully.
