技术跨越度的测量研究

Study on the Measurement of the Scale of Technology Leapfrogging

虽然在1985年,Luc Soete就已经提出了后发国家经济和技术跨越式发展的思想,当前有关技术跨越的研究也已经在我国兴起,但是该领域的一些基本问题并没得到解决,这影响了研究的深入。技术跨越度的测量就是这类基本问题之一,本文基于马庆国、胡隆基(2007)提出的技术跨越概念的定义,建立了技术跨越度的测量方法,并利用问卷调查数据对这种测量方法的使用进行了演示。

Although in 1985,Luc Soete had already brought up the thought about the leapfrogging development for developing country,and researches on technology leapfrogging also have been rise in our country,however,some basic problems for this field have not been resolved,so we can＇t have further research.The measurement of technology leapfrogging is one of above-mentioned basic problems.Based on the definition of technology leapfrogging in Ma Qingguo and Hu Longji（2007）,this paper presents the measurement of the scale of technology leapfrogging.At the same time this paper demonstrates the direction of this measurement by the data from questionnaire.
