摘要 报道了1.54μm和1.06μm双波长激光器的实验研究。在重复频率20Hz时,同时得到1.54μm激光的输出能量83.5mJ,脉宽5.166ns,发散角8.0m rad;1.06μm激光的输出能量437mJ,脉宽7.040ns,发散角1.5m rad。为实际工程应用奠定了基础。 Experimental study on 1. 541μm and 1. 061μm laser is reported. An output pulse energy of 83.5mJ, repetition rate of 20Hz at 1. 541μm with the beam divergence of 8.0mrad and an output pulse energy of 437mJ, repetition rate of 20Hz at 1. 06μm with the beam divergence of 1.5mrad are obtained. The base on project use is holded.
