摘要
针对现有测温仪无法适应高温与真空工作环境的问题,对光纤传导辐射能进行了定性和定量分析,建立了光纤传导测温模型,导出了选型参数计算式及误差纠正式,并给出了实验实例,证明了该方法可行性,实现了对已有红外高温计的功能延伸。
In allusion to the difficulty to use the existent pyrometer in the high temperature and vacuum, this paper present a qualitative analysis and a quantitative analysis for the radiation energy transfer in the optical fiber. And based on the results of the above analysises,the modal and the formula of total coefficient about energy transfer by optical fiber and temperature measurement are also established. Finally, the designing and calculating example of this radiator is given and the feasibility of this measure is proved. The function of the existent pyrometer is extended.
