摘要
本文采用简单的物理气相沉积法制备了形貌新颖、产量较高的Cu掺杂ZnO单晶纳米号角。运用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、高分辨电子显微镜(HRTEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDS)对纳米号角进行了结构和成分表征,建立了结构模型。号角的六个对称的倒梯形侧壁围成了倒六棱锥的空腔,生长方向是[0001],棱锥面是(01 ■)晶面。提出了纳米号角可能的生长机制,指出Cu可能是纳米号角生长的催化剂。
Peculiar Cu-doped ZnO single-crystal nanohorns were synthesized in large quantities via simple physical vapor phase deposition. X- ray diffraction ( XRD), scanning electron microscopy ( SEM), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and energy dispersive spectrum (EDS) analysis were used to characterize nanohorns. The structure model of the nanohorn is established: a nanohorn consisted of six isosceles-trapezoidal walls which form an inverted hollow hexagonal pyramid, the growth direction was[0001 ] and the pyramid surface was(0110). A possible growth mechanism of nanohorns was discussed; Cu might play a role of a catalyst in the nanohorn growth.
