With the increasing problems of environment and energy, artificial wetland is a new method for wastewater treatment, which is of worships at present. According to the local conditions of Guangchang, such as special nature, society, economic conditions, a mode of constructing wetlands is designed for wastewater treatment. The mode parameter, technique problem in process and controlling technique are introduced. This paper provides a reference for living wastewater treatment in the small towns.
