摘要
香椿材色美丽,芳香而耐腐,用途广泛,享有"中国桃花心木"之称,具有较强的生态适应性、抗病虫草害能力,在生产中不需使用化肥、农药,是名副其实的绿色蔬菜,具有巨大的发展潜力。本文对香椿的材用价值、食用价值、药用价值及其研究现状进行了综述,并对香椿的发展前景作了展望。
Toona sinensis is a multi-purpose and valuable species originating from China. Its wood has a wide range of uses with beautiful color, sweet fragrance and rotproof property. It enjoys the title of ＂China Mahogany＂. Since it has strong ecological adaptability and resistance stress, it does not require the fertilizers and pesticides in cultivation, and it is a real green vegetable with tremendous potential for development. The research progress of T. sinensis in timbered, edible and medicinal value was summarized, and the development prospects of T. sinensis are described.
