Piezoelectric and dielectric properties of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics BNT-BNNZ-BT ternary system

摘要 采用传统陶瓷制备方法,制备出新型无铅压电陶瓷,并对该体系无铅陶瓷的相结构、介电和压电性能进行了研究。结果表明:所研究的组成均能够形成纯钙钛矿(ABO3)型固溶体;随着BaTiO3含量的增加,压电系数d33先增大后减小。同时陶瓷材料的介电常数-温度曲线显示该体系材料具有明显的弛豫铁电体特征。 A new lead-free piezoelectric ceramic was prepared by the ceramic preparation technique. X-ray diffraction patterns indicate that the ceramic studied can form pure perovskite structure. Dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were investigated. Piezoelectric constant d33 increased to the maximum value as a resent of addition amount of BaTiO3. However, further increasing the amount of BaTiO3 leads to decreased d33 of the ceramic. The curves of the dielectric constants as a function of temperature manifest the relaxor characteristics of the ceramic prepared.
