Study on Talent Selecting Model of European Professional Football Clubs

运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对欧洲职业足球俱乐部后备人才选拔模式进行分析研究,归纳和概括欧洲职业足球俱乐部后备人才挑选模式、评价模式和淘汰模式;在此基础上结合我国足球后备人才培养现状,提出改进我国足球后备人才培养的建议。

Based on the documentary materials and logic analysis, the authors review the model of the talent selection of some top European professional football clubs, including selecting model, assessing model and dropping out model; and in line with the above conclusion, the authors offer some suggestions to the cultivation of Chinese youth football players.
