Actuality and Development Countermeasures of High-level Coach Groups at Universities

通过问卷调查、训练观察和教练员面谈等方法,对高校高水平教练员队伍现状进行调查研究,在肯定高校高水平教练员队伍建设所取得的成绩的同时,剖析当前高校高水平教练员队伍存在的问题,并提出相应的发展思路,旨在为普通高校竞技体育改革与发展提供参考。

The study is conducted on the actuality of coach groups at universities through the methods of questionnaire, observation and interviewing with some coaches. Besides identifying achievements in the coaching group construction, the research dissects existing problems and proposes corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for the reform and development of competitive sports at universities.
