我国青年女子排球运动员心理控制点类型的研究与分析

Types of Mental Control Locus of Young Female Volleyball Players of China

以心理控制点理论为依据,运用文献资料法、访谈调查法、问卷调查法、数理统计等研究方法,对参加2005年全国女子青年排球联赛的13支队伍,18岁以下的123名运动员进行问卷调查,得出分数,确定我国青年女子排球运动员是否具有适宜的心理控制点结构,以及不同等级、不同位置、不同训练年限、主力与替补运动员在心理控制点上是否存在差异,并找出它们的相关关系。通过对我国青年女子排球运动员的心理控制点方面的研究,可以使运动员更好了解缺陷在哪里,进行自我控制,以期为我国女子排球运动员的心理选材、心理技能训练提供理论参考。

With mental locus of control as basis, 123 under 18 years old volleyball players who took part in National Young Female Volleyball Match in 2005 for 13 teams were inquired and tested by documentation, interviews, questionnaires and mathematical statistics. The purposes are whether the young female volleyball players have the suitable mental locus of control, and whether there are differences among the different grades, locations, years of training, main and substitute players. Through the research, it makes the players acquaint their advantages and control themselves and offers the theory about the mental choice and the mental training.
