食管癌发生中不同标志Langerhans细胞的比较 被引量:2

摘要 分别采用组织化学和免疫组织化学方法,观察57例人食管癌切除标本中ATP酶阳性和s100蛋白阳性Langerhans细胞(LC)的形态和分布。结果2种方法均可清晰地显示食管正常粘膜上皮、不典型增生上皮、原位癌及鳞状细胞癌组织中的LC。LC的形态随所处组织的病变不同而有所改变。部分与LC密切接触的癌细胞呈现变性的形态改变。除形态变化外,在不同的病变组织中,LC的数量均不相同,但2种标志的LC分布趋势基本吻合,唯ATP酶阳性LC数量更多(P<0.05)。提示ATP酶、s100蛋白2种标志均可较好地显示食管癌发生过程中的LC,LC在抗肿瘤免疫过程中起一定的作用。 By means of histochemical and immunohistochemical method,the morphology and distribution of ATPase positive and s 100 protein positive Langerhans cell (LC) were observed in 57 cases of esophageal carcinoma.It was found that the two methods mentioned above clearly displayed LC in normal esophageal epithelium,dysplasia esophageal epithelium,carcinma in situ and squamous cell carcinoma.The morphological changes of LCs were associated with the characteristics of different tissues.Some of the cancer cells closely contacting LC showed degenerated changes.Besides morphological changes,the numbers of LCs in various pathological tissues were different.The distributing pattern of the two kinds of labelled LC was similar.But the number of ATPase positive LC was higher than that of s 100 protein positive LC( P < 0.05 ).These findings suggested that LC might play a role in the carcinogenesis of esophageal carcinoma and as an immunological reaction against the tumor.
