摘要
为了研究涎腺肿瘤的发生和发展规律,建立涎腺肿瘤动物模型。采用化学致癌物———三甲基胆蒽对46只SD大鼠颌下腺腺体内进行直接注射的方法,观察诱发产生颌下腺肿瘤情况。结果:共诱发产生肿瘤34例,其中鳞状细胞癌4例,平滑肌肉瘤30例。提示:三甲基胆蒽可诱发大鼠颌下腺产生肿瘤,并以肉瘤多见。
In order to study the genesis and the developing regulation of salivary gland tumor and establish salivary gland tumor model,the induced tumor of submandibular gland was observed by using the direct injection of chemical carcinogen——3 Methylcholanthrene in 46 SD rats.The results showed that 34 tumors were induced,4 squamous cell carcinoma,30 leiomyosarcoma in total.The results indicate that the submandibular gland tumor can be induced by 3 methylcholanthrene,and sarcoma was of high incidence.
