摘要
目的探讨公、民办高校学生压力、应对方式和自尊的差异及相关性。方法采用青少年生活事件量表、应付方式问卷、自尊量表对341名学生进行调查。结果1公、民办学生压力水平的差异无统计学意义,但在人际关系和健康适应因子上的差异大于其他因子;2公、民办高校学生在应对方式上的差异无统计学意义,但在退避方式的选择上差异接近显著;3公、民办高校学生自尊的差异有统计学意义;4自尊与人际关系、学习压力、受惩罚、其他、压力总分呈显著负相关;5自尊与解决问题、求助呈显著正相关,自尊与自责、幻想、退避、合理化呈显著负相关。结论1公、民办学生压力、应对方式不存在显著差异;2公办学生自尊显著高于民办学生;3自尊高的个体压力水平较低,反之亦然;4自尊高的个体倾向于选择解决问题、求助方式,自尊低的个体倾向于选择自责、幻想、退避、合理化。
Objective To explore the difference and relativity among stress, coping strategy and self-esteem of public and private college students. Methods Making use of the scales of ASLEC, SES and CSQ to investigate 341 students. Results ① There are no significant differences between private and public college students in stress and coping strategy; ②The differences ir self-esteem of public and private college students are statistically significant; ③Self-esteem and interpersonal relationships, the stress of study, punishment, the other and the stress scores suggest a significant negative relation; ④self-esteem and problemsolving, assistance are significantly related, but self-esteem and self-blame, fantasy, passive and rationalization suggest a signifi- cant negative relation. Conclusion ①The differences between public and private college students in stress and coping strategy are not significant; ②The self-esteem of public college students is significantly higher than that of private students; ③If the self-esteem of the student is higher, the stress is lower; ④The higher self-esteem students tend to choose Solving the problem and seeking assistance, and the lower ones tend to choose blame, fantasy, passive and rationalization.
