摘要
目的应用meta分析的方法探讨丁螺环酮在抑郁症治疗中的增效作用。方法对13个丁螺环酮联合抗抑郁剂与单用抗抑郁剂治疗抑郁症的随机对照研究进行meta分析。结果13个研究的合并效应量(WMD)为-3.41,95%可信区间为(-4.02,-2.81),合并效应检验z=11.05,P<0.01。结论丁螺环酮在抑郁症治疗中的增效作用肯定。
Objective To investigate the synergistic effect of buspirone in the treatment of depression by meta-analysis. Methods Thirteen randomized control studies of buspirone combined with antidepressants versus antidepressants alone published in Chinese were took in to meta-analysis. Results The total effect size（weighted mean difference, WMD） of thirteen studies was - 3.41, 95%; confidence interval（95%CI） was （-4.02, -2.81）, P〈0. 01. Conclusion The synergistic effect of buspirone in the treatment of depression is affirmatively.
