134例恶性肿瘤患者心理健康状况与人格特征的调查

Investigation to 134 Resident Tumors' Mental Health and Personality

目的了解住院恶性肿瘤患者的心理健康状况与人格特征之间的关系。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、成人艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)等工具对134例恶性肿瘤患者进行调查。结果1恶性肿瘤患者的SCL-90除强迫、人际关系和偏执外其他各因子分均显著高于常模组。2EPQ的P和N维度标准分与SCL-90的各因子均分间呈正相关,L量表标准分与SCL-90的各因子均分间呈负相关。结论人格特征是影响恶性肿瘤患者心理健康状况的重要因素之一。

Objective To learn the relationship between the status of mental health and personality of resident patient with malignant tumors. Methods Using symptom from comments the meter Checklist-90（SCL-90）, the adult Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ）, carries on the investigation to 134 tumor patients. Results （1）Except for the force symptom, the interpersonal relationship and the biased, the score of other factors of SCL-90 in malignant tumor patients are higher than the norm; （2）SCL- 90 various factors and the EPQ four dimensions have the remarkable relevance. Conclusion Personality is one of important factors that effect malignant tumor patient＇s mental health condition.
