摘要
以老工业基地城市沈阳为例,总结了当前政府和学界对城市棚户型低收入住区改造方式的利弊,并通过调查分析目前沈阳存在的低收入住区居住状况和居民意愿,在此基础上,从城市规划的角度探索一种可行性的低收入住区改善模式。
The article taking old industrial-base city of Shenyang as an example, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of reconstruction mode of low-income residence in Shenyang. On the basis of this, the authors propose one exploring mode for reconstruction from the perspective of urban planning.
