定量组织速度成像与组织多普勒及脉冲多普勒检测胎儿左心室Tei指数的对比研究 被引量:5

摘要 胎儿Tei指数不受孕周、前后负荷、心率等影响,是一种较为理想的评价心脏整体功能的方法,且其对于宫内急性缺氧也是一个简便且有效的指标。文献报道胎儿Tei指数正常值范围差异较大,推测可能与测量方法的可重复性和一致性有关。为此,笔者应用定量组织速度成像(QTV1)、组织多普勒(TDI)与脉冲多普勒分开法及联合法分别测量胎儿左室Tei指数,探讨何种方法更适合于胎儿心功能的评估。
