摘要
通过文献资料分析等方法探讨中国医疗保障体系现状,剖析中国医疗保险制度改革和医疗保障事业发展中存在的一些深层次问题,提出了完善我国医疗保障体系的有效途径及政策建议。认为,要使我国医疗保障体系现状得到改善,需要政府部门投入资金,加大管理力度,特别是不断扩大中国城乡覆盖面,仍是推动医疗保险体系不断完善的当务之急。
Based on the present analysis of Chinese medical insurance system, some deeplevel questions of Chi- nese medical insurance system were pointed out in the course of the reform and development, at the same time some effective ways were proposed in order to improve and perfect Chinese medical insurance system.
