会议、会展是竞争情报工作重要的公开搜集途径之一,竞争情报四分卫法则是针对会展情报搜集的一种典型方法。本文初步探讨竞争情报四分卫法,从四分卫的概念起源入手,阐释四分卫法的定义,分析其特点和适用范围等。此外,对照传统四分卫,提出电子四分卫技术的优势,分析四分卫技术的发展方向。

Conferences and exhibitions are an important place to collect competitive intelligence openly while the quarterback method of competitive intelligence is a typical way to collect competitive intelligence in exhibitions. Proceeding from the origin of the concept of quarterback, this paper analyzes the definition, features, and applicable scope of quarterback method. And furthermore, compared with the traditional quarterback, the paper points out the advantages of e-quarterback technology and discusses the development trend of quarterback technology as well.
