现阶段国内用户对OA资源认同度的调查与分析——以南京高校为例

Investigation and Analysis of the Self-identity Degree of Domestic Users toward Open Access Resources

通过对南京地区高校师生的调查,分析国内用户对开放存取的认同度,并对比2006年的数据,分析其中的变化情况。调查结果表明,科研评价体系、文献的质量问题和支付开放存取出版费是用户是否选择开放存取的重要因素。建议改革现有的科研评价体系,将开放存取期刊纳入其中,同时,努力提高开放存取文献的质量,加大政府和科研机构的扶持与宣传力度。

Based on a survey of university teachers and students in Nanjing area, this paper analyzes the self-identity degree of domestic users towards Open Access （OA）, and compared with the data of 2006, analyzes the changes these years, The survey shows that the scientific research evaluation system, the quality of literature and the payment for OA publications are the important factors of whether university users will choose OA or not. This paper suggests that we should reform the current scientific research evaluation system and put OA journals into the - system, Meanwhile, we should work hard to improve the quality of OA literatures, and the government and research institutions should give OA more support and do more propaganda work.
