摘要
文章在传统卡具的基础上进行思维扩展,设计了一套通用钻床卡具,该卡具既能固定,又能旋转,而且操作方便,适合不同直径零件的使用。经过现场使用后不仅提高劳动生产率,降低工人劳动强度,而且提高产品加工精度,满足互换性要求。
The paper based on the traditional jig to expand the thought and design a set of general jig of the drilling machine. The jig is not only able to fix and revolve, but also operate easily which can be suit for different diameter components using. According to the actual use, it not only enhances the labor productivity and reduces the worker＇s labor intensity, but also enhances precision of the product processing and satisfies the exchangeable request.
