摘要
柔韧性是运动员非常重要的身体素质之一,它制约着运动员动作技术的掌握和提高,并直接影响着运动成绩。所以,柔韧性训练的科学化就显得尤为重要。运用文献资料法和综合分析法,对当前影响柔韧性的因素、发展柔韧性的原理和方法等方面进行了探讨,并总结分析了当前进行柔韧性训练的十种方法,同时就国内外对柔韧性训练的科研现状进行了分析。通过对以上几个方面的把握,提出了今后柔韧性训练科研发展的五大趋势。最后,通过结合柔韧性训练的研究现状,对武术套路运动员柔韧性训练的四个科学化趋向进行了初步的探讨。
Pliability is one very important physical quality for athletes. It influences directly the athletes' performance and restrains the completion and improvement of their key techniques. Therefore, scientific training of pliability plays a more and more important role in the training. By means of literature review and comprehensive analysis, the authors have probed into the restrictive factors of pliability, its principles and training methods, summarized ten kinds of methods for pliability training and analyzed the present research situation of pliability training home and abroad. Based on the above, they also proposed five important trends in the scientific research and development of pliability training in the future. Finally,in consideration of the current research of pliability training,a preliminary discussion was conducted on the four scientific trends in pliability training for the athletes in Wushu routine.
