跳远运动员速度感知能力及其训练方法的实验 被引量:5

摘要 通过对速度感知能力形成的心理生理机理分析,将跳远运动员的助跑速度感知能力归纳为四个方面:时间感、空间感、用力感和运动节奏感。最后得出:稳定的步长与步频和加速方式是提高踏板的准确性基本前提。实验结果表明,实验组在实验后的助跑准确性与跳远成绩均优于对照组。说明本研究所选用的速度训练手段对提高跳远运动员的速度感知能力具有明显效果。 Through a psychological and physiological analysis of the formation of speed consciousness, the authors of this paper have summarized the approach-run speed consciousness for broad-jump athletes into four aspects:sense of time, sense of space, sense of effort and sense of rhythm. It is concluded that stable length of stride, frequency of stride and mode of speeding are the basic premises to increase the accuracy of the jumping board. The experiment results indicate that the accuracy of approach-run and the broad-jump performance of the experimental group is much better than that of the contrast group,which means the speed training method chosen by this study has apparent result for increasing the speed consciousness of broad-jump athletes.
