湖南省高校体育院系教师继续教育现状调查与分析

A Survey and Analysis on the Present Status of Continuing Education for P.E.Teachers in Institutions of Higher Learning in Hunan Province

随着社会的发展,职前教育已不能满足现代社会高速发展的需要,教师继续教育显得尤为迫切。体育院系教师作为培养各类体育人才的"生产母机",更加需要不断进行继续教育。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、现场访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑归纳法等,综合教学论、心理学、教育学、管理学等相关理论,对湖南省高校体育院系教师继续教育现状进行了分析,力图了解其基本状况。

As the society develops, pre-service education can not meet with the needs of the fast development of our modern society. Therefore, further education for teachers seems to be extremely imperative. P. E. teachers, who are supposed to be the ＂production-carriers＂ for cultivating various sports talents,need continuing education even more. By means of literature review, questionnaire, on-the-spot interviews, mathematical statistics and logical induction, on the bases of teaching theories, psychology, pedagogy and management theory,as well as other relevant theories, the author of this paper analyzes the present situation of continuing education for the P. E. teachers in institutions of higher learning in Hunan province,in order to find out the present status.
