摘要
目的研究安徽省首例人感染猪链球菌病病例,为预防控制该病提供依据。方法运用流行病学方法进行个案调查并采集病人的早期血标本进行病原分离和病毒基因检测。结果病人急性起病,有高热、头痛等全身中毒症状,以中毒性休克为主要临床表现。患者感染的直接因素为宰杀、加工病死猪,感染途径为皮肤直接接触。结论该病例系由猪链球菌血清2型引起的人-猪链球菌感染,为安徽省首次报告的人感染猪链球菌病。
Objective To make diagnosis, identify infective source and infective route of the Streptococcal suis case and identify epidemic rang and epidemic factors. Methods We investigated the case by epldemiological method, isolated the pathogenic organism from the early - period blood and examine virulence gene. Result The patient onset, with fever, headache, toxicosis syndrome. The infective source and infective route of the disease were to contact a dead pig. Conclusion The case was confirmed as streptococcus suis 11 case by epidemiologic investigation and laboratory test,. It was the first human Streptococcal suis case found in the Anhui province.
