摘要
通过对吉林省所有制结构与工业经济的增长关系,以及增长趋势和条件波动关联性的实证分析,发现吉林省工业经济增长的主要成分仍然是公有制工业;公有制和非公有制工业增长对工业总产值的周期性变化具有依存性;非公有制工业在吉林省还没有发挥出重要作用。从而提出加快所有制结构调整步伐,促进非公有制工业发展的政策性建议。
Through an example in which both the relationship between the ownership structure of Jilin provinc and the industrial economy increase, the conjuction between the increase trend and conditional fluctuation are analyzed, we find that the main component of the increase is still the public-owned structure, and the increase of both the public-owned, non-public-owned depend on the periodical change of the total industry output. The non-public-owned industry has not take a appropriate role in Jilin industry, so it is necessary to fast the step of ownership adjustment to offer the reasonable suggestion for promoting the non-public-owned industry.
