摘要
将纳米粉体作为烧结助剂,即将Fe,Cu纳米粉体加入铁基体粉末中组成混合铁基粉体,并通过不同温度进行烧结。结果表明,对铁基粉末冶金件烧结前添加混合纳米粉体,可以有效降低烧结温度,增大烧结件密度,提高粉末件性能。
Nano-power as catalyze of P/M means that Fe,Cu power are added to ferrous-base powders to make a mixture which are sintered at different temperatures. The experiment results show that addition of nano-level power decrease the temperature of sintering and increases the density of sintered parts, and consequently improves the performance of P/M parts.
