社会转型期应加强师范生的职业亲近教育

摘要 作为培养教师的摇篮,师范院校向来强调对学生进行教师职业道德的培养。教师作为社会分工中的一个职业,有着与众不同的特点:工作对象的个体多样性,工作内容的变化性,工作时间的长期性等。在社会转型期,尤其要加强师范生的职业亲近教育,巩固他们的就业思想,为教育事业输送合格的教师。 As the cradle of teachers, normal universities emphasize the fostering of teachers' ethics among students. As a part of the big division of work in society, teaching is an occupation professional with unique characteristics: students' individual diversities, varied job content, long period of work,etc. In social transformation period, the professional consciousness education of normal students should be reinforced and their employment thought be consolidated to produce more qualified people' s teachers for the future education.
