构建社会主义和谐社会是中国共产党从全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的全局出发提出的一项重大战略任务。构建社会主义和谐社会关键在中国共产党。中国共产党是我国社会主义和谐社会构建中化解社会矛盾的"调节器,"是实现构建社会主义和谐社会这一历史任务的坚强领导核心,是坚持社会主义和谐社会"社会主义"性质的根本保证。

Building a socialist harmonious society is a major strategic task which the CPC has put forward according to the whole situation of building a comprehensive well-off society and creating a new situation in building socialism with Chinese characteristics . Building a socialist harmonious society lies in the Communist Party of China. The Communist Party of China is the social contradictions ＂regulator＂ of constructing the socialist harmonous society and the strong core of leadship of the great duty ,as well as the fundamental guarantee of adhering to the socialist hannonious society ＂socialist＂ nature.
