摘要
在我国建构刑事和解制度具备社会文化条件,也面临一些困难。应当借鉴国外经验,适应构建和谐社会的要求,建立我国的刑事和解制度。
Our country has its social and cuhural essentials and also faces some difficulty in constructing victim-offender mediation. It is necessary for our country to construct victim-offender mediation by learning from other countries in order to meet the requirement of building the harmonious society.
