借助业界资源强化学生应用能力的培养,既是新闻学与广告学专业特性决定的,又是业界的要求,还是发达国家高等院校相关专业人才培养经验的启示;为了实现借助业界资源强化学生专业应用能力培养的目的,我们进行了广泛深入的调查研究,全面修订了人才培养方案,从大一到大四形成了完整的校外实践教学体系,从实际出发创立培养学生专业应用能力的模式;实践证明,借助业界资源培养学生专业应用能力是一条非常有效的途径。

Strengthening students＇ appliancial ability in virtue of professional resources is decided by the characteristics of journalism and advertisement study and the demand of professional, it illuminate the experience of bringing up talent of developed country. We have undergone deep investigations and researches in order to achieve the purpose of strengthen the students＇ applicative ability in virtue of the industry. We have wholly revised the talent development plan, and formed a complete outside-campus practice teaching system from Grade One to Grade Four. To create a model from reality for students to enhance their abilities of special application. Practice has ready been proved that it is an effective way to bring up students＇ abilities of special application by using professional resources.
