Non-bronchodilation effects of tiotropium bromide in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病是一种以气流受限不完全可逆为特征的气道炎症性疾病。非神经源性的胆碱能系统在炎症的发生发展和气道重塑中发挥了重要作用。噻托溴铵作为一种新型的抗胆碱能药物,其作用不仅仅局限于扩张气道,它在调节气道炎症和重塑方面也起到了作用。 Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is an inflammatory disease which is characterized by irreversible airflow limitation. Non-neuronal cholinergic system in the airways plays an important role in the development of airway inflammation and remodeling. Tiotropium bromide,as a new anticholinergic drug, can not only broaden the airway, but modulate the airway inflammation and remodeling as well.
