低位切开、高位旷置辅助置管引流治疗肛周脓肿78例的临床观察

The research on low incision and high draining with tube in the treatment of anal abscess

目的评价低位切开、高位旷置辅助置管引流治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效。方法采取低位切开、高位旷置辅助置管引流治疗肛周脓肿。结果手术78例,其中2例后遗肛瘘、1例肛周脓肿复发,治愈率达96%。术后随访,无肛门不完全失禁等并发症的发生。结论低位切开、高位旷置辅助置管引流治疗肛周脓肿是有效的。

Objective To evaluate low incision and high draining with tube in the treatment of anal abscess. Methods A total of 78 patients with anal abscess received low incision and high draining with tube. Results Two cases developed anal fistula, 1 case recurred and the curing rate was 96%. There was no anal incontinence in these cases. Conclusion The technique of low incision and high draining with tube is an effective method for anal abscess.
