摘要
选取白族饮食文化在现代餐饮中的开发与利用这个课题,试图从市场营销的视角,重新审视民族文化的特色及可行的互动开发方式。文章具体分析了白族饮食文化中适合现代餐饮开发的一些基本要素和特点,指出了白族饮食文化在相关餐饮开发中存在的主要问题,并就如何将现代餐饮开发和白族饮食文化结合起来,实现两者的良性互动与共同发展提出建议。
The author choose the project on modem Food & Beverage development and utilization of Bais' food culture, and tries to make a new study from Marketing, Trying to look for the characters of the nationality culture ,as well as the available way for development of interaction. The article analyzes some basic factors and characters of Bais' food culture, which is fitted to be utilized by modem Food and Beverage industry. Then points out the main problem in related development, and provides some proposals that can carry out the beneficial interaction of the modem Food &Beverage development and the Bais' food culture utilization.
