摘要 目的分析冠心病危险因素对人血浆内皮脂肪酶(Endothelial lipase,EL)表达的影响。方法133例受试者分为5组,每例抽取静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血浆内皮脂肪酶浓度。结果对照组血浆EL浓度(338.6±51.0)ng/ml,单纯高血压组(418.1±72.3)ng/ml,脂质异常组(410.7±36.7)ng/ml,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);当合并肥胖时EL高表达,高血压肥胖组、脂质异常肥胖组、脂质异常高血压肥胖组分别为(464.2±41.7)ng/ml、(458.2±51.8)ng/ml、(542.0±49.8)ng/ml,与对照组、单纯高血压组及单纯脂质异常组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。内皮脂肪酶与每个指标做多元线形回归分析结果:高敏C反应蛋白、BMI、LDL、HDL对内皮脂肪酶表达有影响作用。Pearson相关分析结果:内皮脂肪酶与HDL负相关(r=-0.35,P<0.05),余指标呈正相关。结论冠心病危险因素可以影响内皮脂肪酶的表达,有可能通过升高EL的表达致动脉粥样硬化。 Objective To evaluate the effect of the main risk factors for coronary artery disease (CAD) on EL expression. Methods A total of 133 patients were enrolled and divided into five risk-factor group. Blood was taken from each patient and the plasma EL mass was measured using a newly developed enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The plasma EL mass of patients with hypertension was (427.4 ±74.9) ng/ml, with dyslipidemia (476.9±83.0 ) ng/ml; there were significant differences while comparing with the control group (352.3±77.2) ng/ml (P 〈 0.05 ). When combined with obesity, EL expression Was elevated further to (581.8±138.2) ng/ml in hypertension + diabetes group, (597.3±114.2) ng/ml in dyslipidemia + obesity group and (687.2±133.2 ) ng/ml in hypertension + dyslipidemia + obesity group, all having statistical significance compared with control group or hypertension group or dyslipldemia group (P〈0.05 ). we did regression analysis between endothelial lipase and each indicatrix, then found that hs-CRP, BMI, LDL, HDL were the important factor of EL expression. Pearson correlation analysis results: endothelial lipase and HDL were negative correlation (r = - 0. 35,P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Coronary heart disease risk factors can influence the expression of endothelial lipase, it is possible to increase the expression of EL to result in atherosclerosis.
