摘要
采用田间小区试验的方法,用三因素五水平D-饱和优化设计,以辽宁沈抚污灌区的水稻土供试土壤,对氮磷钾肥用量与甜高粱总糖和生物量之间得关系进行研究,建立了甜高粱总糖和生物量的函数模型。结果表明:氮、磷、钾肥均能显著地提高甜高粱总糖和生物量,作用大小为氮和钾肥,磷肥次之。
Field district were conducted with sweet sorghum by a D-optimum design of three factors and five level to study the effects of combination of N, P and K on sugar content and biology quality of sweet sorghum in petroleum pollutant soil. Soil were collected from Middle Liaoning, and ethyl alcohol fermentation experiment was performed by L9(3^4) with the sweet sorghum cane juice. Results indicated that sugar content and biology quality of sweet sorghum were affected by N , P and K fertilizer significantly.
