云南省高校留学生人才培养模式探析

On the Training Modes for the International College Students in Yunnan

留学生培养模式包括非学历留学生培养模式和学历留学生培养模式。非学历留学生培养模式要加强语言类课程学习,重在学生语言交际能力的提高;学历留学生培养模式以专业学习为主,专业学习能力的培养和提高尤为重要。高校留学生教育具有明显的特点,云南各高校在留学生培养模式方面进行了积极的探索,今后应该积极开展联合培养留学生的新型模式,以更好地满足各类留学生的学习需求,进一步加快云南留学生教育发展步伐。

The training modes for international students fall into two types： the mode for diploma- seeking students and the mode for non-diploma-seeking students. The former focuses on professional learning, especially the training and improvement of their professional learning abilities. The latter focuses on linguistic courses and emphasizes the improvement of their communicative competence. The education for international college students has some special characteristics, and the higher institutions in Yunnan have made some praiseworthy explorations into such training modes. In the future,some new joint-training modes should be developed in order to satisfy the needs of different interna-tional students and quicken the development of the education for the international students in Yunnan.
