摘要
为研究四氧化二氮(N2O4)的毒理学作用,以改进的静式吸入染毒方法进行大鼠N2O4急性染毒,观察其血浆和肺内心钠素(ANP)及肺表面活性物质(LS)含量的变化。结果表明:染毒大鼠血浆ANP水平明显升高,肺内ANP水平显著降低,LS含量亦显著减少。从代谢特征的分析提示:上述变化的主要原因乃N2O4直接损伤肺组织。
The plasma and lung atrial natriuretic polypeptide(ANP) and lung surfactant(LS) were measured in rats exposed to dinitrogen tetroxide(N 2O 4) with modified static exposure method.The results showed that the levels of plasma ANP increased obviously while the levels of lung ANP and LS decreased remarkably.Judging by metabolic characteristics,the main cause of the above changes may be that the rat lung tissue is injured by N 2O 4 directly.
